1. How do I get my admit card?
Admit cards in respect of all eligible candidates admitted to the Arogya Bharti –
2021 examination, with their photographs and signatures on them, will be hosted on
Candidates are required to download and print their admit cards from
the website.
Candidates will receive the Admit Card through SMS on their
registered mobile number.
Candidates will receive the Admit Card through e-Mail on their
registered email id.
Admit card printed from the website contains your photograph and
specimen signature, besides other necessary details and is a valid admit
card for gaining admission to the examination. However, should there be
still any query, feel free to contact the Helpline numbers given in answer to
Question No.10.
2. How do I print my admit card from the website?
Visit the site https://arogyabharti2021.in/
Select the appropriate Group in which you have applied.
Enter your Application ID
Click on Print button to Download/Print your Admit Card
3. My Admit Card is not Generated. What should I do?
The admit cards shall only be generated for candidates whose application
form has been submitted successfully. In case, you had submit your
application form and your admit card is not generated then kindly contact our
Helpline number and send us an E-mail on mentioning your Application Id,
Name, DOB, Mobile Number, Father Name and attach the receipt of
application fee submitted.
4. I have downloaded my admit card from the website. However, details
therein do not relate to me. What should I do?
Send an Email or Contact the specific Helpline number (mentioned below),
quoting your application ID, other filled details at the time of registration. If
required, you may be asked to share an ID proof in case there is change of
DOB, Name etc. on E-mail – support@arogyabharti2021.in
5. My photograph and/or signature are not there in the admit card. Is it
valid?
Yes. It’s valid. In case the admit card does not bear the photograph and
signature of the candidate, he/she is advised to paste his/her photograph and
affix his/her signatures in the area marked on the printout of the admit card.
Carry the same to the examination centre along with a valid photo id proof for
the verification at the exam centre. He/She is also advised to carry one stamp
size photograph (matching with the photograph affixed on theattested print
out referred to above) to the exam centre for affixing the same at the
appropriate place if required.
Alternatively, you are advised to send your scanned photo and signature along with your
Application ID on E-Mail ID and the same shall be updated on your Admit Card. Please
note that the photo and signatures can be updated till 3 days before the date of exam
6. I want to change the allotted Exam Center. What should I do?
Allotted exam center cannot be changed as per the directive of the
department. Exam Center allotment has been done on the basis of applied
post and applied district/bureau/circle.
7. Can I change/update my applied Post and District/Bureau/Circle ?
No. There cannot be any alterations made in the applied post or
district/bureau/circle. However, if you have any query regarding the applied post
in your Admit Card, then you can write to us at – support@arogyabharti2021.in.
8. I have applied for multiple Post and District/Bureau/Circle. How many
admit cards will be issued?
In case you have applied for multiple post and district/bureau/circle, then you will
be able to download admit card for each applied post and its respective
District/Bureau/Circle. For example – if a candidate has applied for 3 post and 3
circle then, he/she will be able to download 3 admit cards.
9. I have applied for 2 posts but examination of both post is allotted in single
shift. What should I do?
You are advised to refer the Advertisement of Group C and Group D which was
published by the department. The list of session/shift-wise post name is
mentioned in the advertisement.
10.I have applied in multiple circle for a post. Will my merit be considered in
all the applied circle?
You are advised to refer the Advertisement of Group C and Group D which was
published by the department. Information about the merit is available on page
no. 8.
